Ralph Burrows is a versatile musician and music producer who excels in playing the baritone, euphonium, trumpet, and tuba. His musical journey began during his elementary school years when he discovered his passion for the trumpet. Ralph’s dedication and love for music propelled him to seek private lessons, which played a significant role in his growth as a musician.
With a deep appreciation for various genres of music, Ralph explored classical, jazz, rock, and even experimented with electronic sounds. His exploration also extended to discovering diverse “world” music styles that enriched his musical palette.
During his high school years, Ralph made a pivotal decision to pursue his musical aspirations seriously. He dedicated himself to honing his skills and successfully auditioned for the renowned Manhattan School of Music. The opportunity allowed him to study under the guidance of esteemed trumpet professors, further refining his musical abilities.
Today, Ralph continues to establish himself as a professional trumpet player, lending his talents to various bands across the DMV area in genres such as disco, reggae, afrobeat, and jazz. His dedication to his craft has enabled him to embrace diverse musical styles and contribute to a vibrant music scene.
