Houston-based musician, who’s often a one-man band, Mohamad Rashed specializes in classical, contemporary, and folkloric Arabic music, especially songs from the Levant region. He has been a staple within the Arab-American community for the past 20+ years, regularly called to play music all around the world for events ranging from cultural events to concerts to high-end galas.

He is highly sought-after performer who is skilled in the Nay (Arabic flute), shubbabeh, kirbeh (bagpipes), mizmar, ethnic drums, and several other instruments.
